Needle Size-US 4 and US 3 for the Dress, US 3 for the shoes
Project Comments: Debbie Bliss would probably die to know that I knit this in acrylic yarn, but I think acrylic is so practical for baby garments. I really think that the patterns in this book are adorable, and I'm very happy with the outcome. However, I wish the patterns had been a little more detailed. The only measurements for the dress were the chest and length measurements, but I wish I knew how wide the neck was supposed to be because it looks very narrow. It was also a little confusing to figure out how to sew the shoes together without specific instructions. I would definitely knit both of these patterns again, especially since they are a nice alternative to the usual blankets people get when they have a baby.
