I made this on a whim for my new baby niece. I think I started this about a month before the baby shower, and was able to complete the piecework in a little over a week. I loved the polka dot fabric that my friend helped me to pick out. Her mom also quilted it for me because I don't have those kind of skills yet. The hardest part for me was attaching the binding, and I don't think I did a very good job with it. I'm hoping that when the wash it for the first time the whole thing doesn't fall apart!
